Yes indeed co-written and produced by Tom Petty,Mike Campbell and Jeff Lynne,they are the only musicians on the album.Tom Petty,plays the drums.
The first single is "Saving Grace" and the album is out in the UK on the 24th of July.
The cover looks like a cover of a "TINTIN" book.
