IDENTITY THEFT AT GROUPLY.COM

There is a message going out to different Yahoo Groups advertising
and suggesting that you join a new group called GROUPLY. This group
claims to help manage all your Yahoo groups and you will get a
summary, at the end of the day, telling you what is going on in all
your groups.

IF YOU JOIN THIS GROUP, they use your Yahoo ID and password to
post "mass mailings" (can be junk, can be porno) and send them to
anyone, and since it's YOUR ID they are using, recipients will think
it is coming from you.

If you have joined this Grouply Group on Yahoo, leave grouply
immediately and go into your yahoo account and change your password
without delay. We understand that unsubbing from the group is not
enough, you have to change your Yahoo account password. Also, you can
be added without your knowledge, so go into you're my groups section
http://groups. yahoo.com/ mygroups and you will be able to view all of
your groups.

By joining this group you have also exposed all your groups, and
group members, to hacking of their emails and group information.
The grouply members have been removed from this group as a
precaution. Also, you can go into email preferences in your my groups
section http://groups. yahoo.com/ mygroups and under edit, you can make
sure that group owners/moderators cannot add your name to the Grouply
Group.

This email is being sent all all members of this group, even those
who are set on no email to make sure that all are aware.
