If what you state IS true, then I'm guessing that it's an unofficial
release, similar to "Super Best Files 1995~1998". I can't find any
information about a new compilation album though.

Now that I think of it though, the II MIX DELTA mini-albums are both
about 30 min long. Perhaps you got these mixed up with a compilation
album?
