Aengus' gentle sweet songs of romance, ballads of
historic hardships and resolve, and heart-rending
laments of loss are the touchstones on Aengus' song-
journey among the mountains and plains to the
maritime of Canada's frontier. An Irish legacy
ingrains his soft and fluid tenor in a traditional
folk style and influences his up to date songs and
arrangements of well-worn favorites. Aengus is a
Kerrville New Folk Winner and was awarded a Medal
of Honour from Queen Elizabeth for his community
humanitarian work.

Nick was raised mostly on two plots of South Florida
land, and getting kicked out of band in high school
was the beginning of his singing career. Nick’s songs
will affect you in a down to earth way, just as he was
able to impress the judges at WildFlower last year to
be picked as one of 3 winners! Nick says, "Two roads
diverged in a wood and sorry I could not travel both
and be one traveler, I took a machete to the woods
themselves. James Taylor taught me to listen, Paul
Simon to phrase, Cat Stevens to play, Robert Pirsig to
think, the rest I learned from that newly hacked path
from countless wrong turns."

Michael's songs born of a life in the rough and tumble
mill town of Fall River, Massachusetts, pepper Michael's
musical fare. Family and friends, loyalties and beliefs,
history and personal codes are all–important subjects in
the works of this granite voiced modern folk songster.
Comparisons to the styles and social/political insights
of Prine, Michael Smith, and Dylan follow Michael's
performances. He is a nimble guitarist as well, delving
into a bit of ragtime along with melodic riffs.
