June 17 The Laws ($12) 8 PM

Judging from the rave reviews and open arms of the
thousands of new fans made during their Texas debut
last year, John & Michele have almost become Texans!
You'll find them delightful, too, with their compelling
blend of harmony and heartfelt lyrics that bridge
country, bluegrass and folk. John is a wizard on
mandolin and guitar, often taking the high vocal
harmony, while Michele provides angelic singing and
rhythm on bass. The Laws' works ring with such
authenticity that it's been mistakenly attributed to
Ralph Stanley. Come and become a fan!
