Sept 16 ROBIN GREENSTEIN

"Accousticness" is the term Robin applies to her music.
It's a blending from the styles of folk, pop, rock, blues,
country and jazz, and whatever else happens to find its way
into her consciousness. Robin is a clinician-performer for
Martin Guitars as well as an adept banjo player and her
original songs have lyrical sophistication. With a
stunningly powerful vocal that will remind you of Bonnie
Raitt or Linda Rondstadt, Robin brings a program of wide
interest music where you'll hear a jazz standard next to a
banjo dance tune or an Afro-American folk song. She tours
Europe annually, and performs at numerous music festivals
including Kerrville, Falcon Ridge, NJ Folk and Napa Valley.
But her favorite gig was singing the National Anthem at
Madison Square Garden for her beloved New York Knicks!
