As you may recall, Michael Fellenzer was elected to the ATOS Board
last year. Within hours of taking office he resigned. One can
reasonably draw the inference that he did so to allow the Board to
appoint another Director while he retained his vote by being appointed
Vice-President. Mr. Fellenzer is now again a candidate for election to
the ATOS Board.

I am sure that many of you find this as offensive to the principles of
an elected and representative Board of Directors as I do. While I am
certainly not going to vote for Mr. Fellenzer, I don't think that
sends a sufficiently strong message about my disapproval of his action
in placing himself on the ballot. Therefore I am going make him a
"write-out" candidate on my ballot by lining out his name. I encourage
those of you share my distaste for Mr. Fellenzer's behavior to
likewise line out his name on your ballot.
