Let me begin by saying that I'm not attempting to defend Cynthia. I understand that there is frustration here, and that some people have legitimate concerns. May I offer this suggestion? I've had very good luck in the past calling Cynthia directly. I have found that e-mail seems not to be the best way to communicate. Why don't you give her a call and see if you can straighten things out, or at least find out more. In the past, she's been very kind to me.

Welp despite the fact that an assured delivery time frame was stated and a picture of the lovely modules was posted...yet another delivery date has come and...
