Auditions

Auditions for the University Symphony Orchestra will take place on Sunday, August 23rd. Please prepare one piece of your choice, and one orchestral excerpt (assigned in August). There is no sight reading or other form of torture. In general, you should pick a piece you enjoy playing and feel completely confident performing.

If you are a new member, send an email to orchestra@pacific.edu to request an audition. Describe briefly your orchestral experience; and don't forget to name your instrument. Exact auditions times will be assigned in August (also for returning members). There will be additional auditions on Monday, August 24th if necessary.
