Singing for peace
EVENT : Twelve hours of non-stop music on May 11
It will be 12 hours of music to promote national
peace, unity and charity. Musi-Care 2007 is a
concert for charity which will be held on May 11,
6pm to 6am at the St.George's Anglo Indian Higher
Secondary School Ground, opposite Pachaiyappa's
College.
The concert is open to all with a spiritual bent of
mind as it is an evening of non-stop musical
worship. It will feature famous gospel singers, film
playback singers and leading coirs - Jollee Abraham,
M.S.Viswanathan, P.B.Srinivas, K.J.Yesudas,
S.P.Balasubramaniam, Unni Menon, P.Susheela,
L.R.Easwari, S.Janaki, Vani Jayaram and K.S.Chitra.
Entry is free
There will be a candle light prayer at midnight.
