DANCING AT THE SPEED OF DELIGHT.    MESMERA COMES TO THE EMPIRE FEB

GODDESS GRACE
Charise Cynar.  Jan 26.
Goddess Grace uses yoga and dance moves to stretch your body, plus
affirmations from a multicultural Goddess alphabet to warm your
heart and empower your soul.

Charise Cynar is a dancer and yoga teacher in the Palm Springs
area.  In every workshop Charise goes over the entire alphabet, and
then teaches as many of the specific moves as she can.  This is a
continuing series and all moves can be modified for a range of
fitness levels.  The workshop price includes an audio CD that
allows you to practice at home between workshops.

Join us as a performer or spectator at the Multicultural Community
Dance Showcase on superbowl Sunday.  We've already got the fabulous

Bombay Bistro.  There are some dancer slots still left, so let us

MEDITATION CLASSES
Linda P. Brown is teaching meditation classes on Friday nights,
starting January 2008 at 7pm. Each of 8 classes has a different
focus and technique.
1 Freedom,
2 The use of vibration Nadabrama-healing,
3 Freeing blocks with the power of breath,
4 Kundalini activation,
5 Who are you?..the inner you,
6 Beyond mind & body - Devavani (divine voice),
7 Chakras sounds,
8 the sacred body - Nadabrama (the divine dance).
She starts with instruction, followed by practice for 45-60
minutes.  No one will be admitted after 7:15pm. Meditation is a
great stress reduction / mind-body healing practice.  $10 a class.
