I've found there are basically two places to rent beach properties weekly at Wrightsville Beach:  Intracoastal Realty and Bryant Real Estate.  I know from Bryant there are still affordable options but you need to book ASAP (Wefest is 48 days away!).  Their websites are:

After viewing some options and looking at photos online you should call to book over the phone so you can rent from Thursday to Thursday - I'm not certain the web allows that option and the agents seem willing to work with you.  Let me know if I can help.
