Staying connected with the band is crucial. Important announcements from our band director or members of the band board are sometimes circulated several times a week via our email distribution coordinator. A Yahoo group listserv was created for this purpose and every student and parent must create a Yahoo ID and join the listserv as soon as possible. Once you have joined, you will have access to all emails that have been distributed, a files section where important forms and notices can be downloaded and printed, a links section with web links to useful resources, a database that contains contact info for band board members, and a photo album.

CAUTION: Yahoo automatically creates a Yahoo email account when you create a Yahoo ID. If you want your band email to come to the email account that you are currently using, be sure to enter that email information and indicate the alternate email account as your primary account. If you keep the Yahoo email account do not forget to check it!
