there are quite a few places to go and hear Hawaiian Steel in Hawaii.
I know over the years there are have been a few recording execs that
have tried to banish the Steel from Country music and videos.One such
example was VH-1 asking the Dixie Chicks to do this with one of their
songs,which they refused to do.I am just glad the Steel Guitar is not
a dying art in place where it originates from!
