Here it is folks. I've got to pay some bills so I'm having to sell one of my
guitars...her name is "Tar" :-(

Here's the specs
Limited Edition Epiphone Dot semi-hollow body with gorgeous tobacco
sunburst and gold hardware.SN: I 00052884.

This is a guitar I have used as a backup/secondary guitar for bigger live
shows, showcases and recording (My Submarine).

The guitar is in near mint condition. There is slight oxidization on the pickups
and Bridge and it has a couple of very tiny belt scratches on the back. If you
check out the photo section on our Group site, you'll find a couple of pictures:
One is the very last photo (#27) which was taken at the House of Blues and
another is under the first folder called "Gypsy Lounge" . These photos don't
show it very clearly, but I can e-mail new photos after tomorrow for anyone
who is seriously interested.

These guitars list for about $625, I'm selling it for $400. If you're
seriously
interested, e-mail me quick, it will be going on e-bay on Thursday if I don't
have any bites.
OY!!

I just wanted to share something that has been bugging me for the
longest time.

It dawned on me a while back, while watching a Queen video, that
Bryan McIntire looks a lot like Brian May of Queen. Everything about
Brian May reminded me of Senor McIntire. I just wanted to share
that, because if everyone goes out and gets themselves a Queen video
they will agree that the similarities are unbelieveable. So there
you have it, Brian May reminds me of Bryan McIntire, or vice versa
(the order is really of no importance).

   Any one else agree?

Dear Friends and Foes;

At the stroke of midnight on July 31st, 2003, Carhole Radio will be
no more. Financial difficulties and a lack of available time to
devote to Carhole Radio led to the founders difficult, but necessary
decision to shut down The Carhole and Carhole Radio until further
notice. We may return sometime in the future. And we'll be much
bigger and badder. Keep your eyes and ears open.

Thanks and shout-outs go out to all the bands who have helped us out
by giving us their music and permission to be played... Everyone who
ever listened and shared us with others... Anyone that ever
encouraged us to keep going... Bands that recorded Station IDs for
us and let us into shows... Anyone that ever came to one of our
shows... And the list goes on and on. I would name names, but I
know I wouldn't remember everyone. There were so many of you.

We'd like to thank everyone for their support and love. Keep local
music alive! Look for us around the scene - we're still here.

See you at a show, rock on, and love, peace, and hair grease,

-The Carhole Girls.

Hi there, I am now (once again) a Long Beach Community Television Producer.
HOWEVER this time I am ACTUALLY going to put something on air. Perhaps YOUR
video?

If you are in a band and have a video under 5 mins, let me know! I am also into
playing other interesting videos as well, do you dance in a Hula Halau or have a
comedy show that will make me roll on the floor? Maybe even a cute HOME video
(home meaning you are from the LBC!)

Email me and when I collect a total of 30 mins of material, (That is a video
from at least 6 of you!), I'll get a slot for THE PRIME SPOT TV Show. It comes
complete with an email web Press Release, listing in the VIEW FROM THE HILL
newspaper, and miscellaneous postings on local websites. (People will need
Charter TV here in LONG BEACH to view the show - if you know of a public place
that would air it tell them to contact me as well.

Further down the line (after I get settled and secure a place to broadcast
TPSradio from), I may even have a local music lover host the show: KAREN HANN
is #1 on the list...STAY TUNED!

KaRi
www.theprimespot.com
562-804-5625

PS Please pass this onto any local LONG BEACH bands you know that have a video
(or great 5 min footage)AND local videographers! It's time we get the music
out from the undaground, onto the waves and into the tube!

PSS For those LELDON Lovers, tune onto LBCT ch 65/69/95 once again the first
Monday of August at 4:30 as he is interviewed by MO POWER of LONG BEACHIN' WITH
MO. This is a repeat as we've gotten many requests for copies of the video.
Pop a VHS tape in yourself and push record!

PSSS Local bands with videos, you may also want to contact KELLY Z. from
KELLYSLOT.com: She airs local videos over the WEB. She also has a cool program
for bands that want to spread the word about HEP C which will get you
international exposure through the web!

Things are all good folks! What's everyone freaking out for? We are still
working, still rockin and coming to a club near you (near you that is if you
live
by the only 2 clubs we ever seem play). I know there's been a few rumors
circulating on various websites and e-mails and I want to clear up any
questions.
1. Is Wonderlove breaking up?
     Answer: Nine
2. Are Dicki and Dave gone?
Answer: Yes. Dicki is now playing with a local favorite "Decca Tree" and
Dave got the opportunity to be a part of an exhibition to scale Mt. Everest and
just couldn't pass it up. He's currently preparing for the ascent by training in
Nebraska (we thought it was weird too).
3. Is there any bad blood with them now.
Answer: No way, we love those guys and if you get a chance to catch Decca
Tree, it will absolutly blow your mind. There are sounding better than ever.
And we still talk to Dave about once a week during his training. They will be
missed and we wish them all the best.
4. Who replaced them?
Answer: Scott Devours on Drums and Bill Lanam of 12 hour mary is filling
in for us on bass. We're having a great time and everyone is playing great.
Scott and Bill are both amazingly talented and really cool people too.
5. Bryan, how did your Bunion surgery go?
Answer: You sillies, there was no bunion surgery, I got married. I did
have
a hang nail though...that could also be were the confusion was.

Hope this cleared everything up! Come to the Knitting factory, its
freeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!!!!!!!!

KUCI was VERY wrong, the band has NOT broken up. They
might have heard about the recent lineup changes and
escalated them, but the band is very much still alive and playing
shows, including the free one coming up at the Knitting Factory.
The website has the latest info. www.wonderlove.net

With Dicki's departure in May was followed by our friend Scott
Devours taking over on drums. He's played with us before
whenever Dicki was out of town and the band had a show to
play, so he's a familiar face to some of you. Our friend Bill from
Twelve Hour Mary has been playing bass with us for the last few
shows as well.

Hey Amy,

I checked out your photos on the Buchanan site and they were awesome! Great job and I loved the one with Bryan our Wonderlove kid with Jay...I think...anyway, it was with one of the Buchanan Boys and it was so cool. So I am off to check out the photos of Wonderlove. You are doing a wonderful thing with your digital camera:-) It is a lot of fun, isn't it?

Hi Wonderlove! I am wishing you all the best:-) Keep your eyes on your musical goals and don't let any negative comments get to you/or doubt who you are. You are a wonderful band! Also all four of you are good people...the few negative comments I have read say to me that those who express them ... you really don't need their support. I mean I keep thinking about how someone said CPO walks around not saying hello or something like that...the thing is even if CPO or any of the guys are having an off night of being their usual outgoing self's...give them a break...I mean look at all the changes going on! Let alone you never know if someone is just not feeling  well...to me fans get the joy of experiencing the growth of the music...a few moments that we may have talking with them at a club...but the best thing we can do is give these guys the support they need ...it is like saying thank you to them for having something to do at night...listening to great music and knowing these guys from their beginnings. This is a moment in time that you will tell your children about when you were there hearing this awesome band called Wonderlove...you know Wonderlove along with the Buchanan Band may be the two who live on like the bands we see on Behind the Music:-) These are kind people at heart and very human...so what if they have an off night and don't say hello to someone?

Love You Amy, Wonderlove and all the fans,
Joey

Yeah I'd like to comment about the issues and controversery
surrounding the attitude and arrogance or CPO. It's bad. But I
don't think you can say that the rest of the guys in the band are any

They don't even speak english unless they're desperate for a

I never really say a whole lot in this club, but I felt like I had to
reply to the last post. I realize that different people's perceptions
of things are always different--but I have never seen Chris "walk
around like he's better than everyone." He's actually one of the
kindest people I know. Again--just my opinion.

As for the OC Register comment, I have to say...I agree with him. I
mean come on!! Wonderlove is an amazing band. Compared to most bands
out there, they do smoke them. But that's just me...

Can't wait for the HOB show tomorrow!
