I have some amazing international exchange students coming to
the Chicago area who want to continue playing music while in
the United States. They will be coming through our
intercultural program at AFS. We believe that that the way to
build a more peaceful world begins when people from different
countries and cultures meet, learn more about each other, and
begin to understand each other.


Living in another culture through AFS helps students and host
families overcome the “us” versus “them” mentality, and to
build relationships across cultures.

Being one of the world’s largest not-for-profit volunteer based
organizations we know that enrolling our community in hosting
one our young adults is the best way to spread the word.

Would you help us find host families for these students?
