Per and John,

I put something together on the fly.  There are 4 per page.

You could use it, modify it or make up a totally different one.  All is good with me.  I'll post a word file and a pdf of the same.  If using the pdf, make sure to print ONLY page one (made with free pdf program at home and page two has program info on it).

I am up at the StarHouse this weekend and I will put info out there as well.

Hey Ms. Angela~
Could you print a few of the fliers and put them up around Ft. Collins/Loveland while you are out and about?  Geez.  I am having "flier-flashbacks" of the hypnotic kind, Elfkinator.  Yowza! These, I am thinking, will have a more enthusiastic response. :P

Well, there is no way to get around this. Every event, however small
has some expenses for the basics: toilets, trash collection and
removal, insurance, etc. Our goal is not to turn a profit, it is just
cover the amenities and maybe build a starter fund for next year.

The charge is $10.00 per person. It can be paid at the gate or in
advance. If you pay in advance, you will get a coupon for a $4.00
discount on the comemorative T-shirt. A photo will be available soon.
