Since I've grown tired of the alt.music.polkas, I am giving this a try.

Years ago, when we logged into the USENET with DOS coding, I (with the
help of a polka friend in Washington D.C.) petitioned the USENET board
to create an alt.music.polkas newsgroup.

So, I'm here. I would suspect (probably a bad assumption on my part)
that most here are aware that I am the Polka Music Editor for the
Polish American Journal. I've been involved in polkas for way over 40
years. (that is scary to me in itself). I grew up in the Buffalo, NY
area but now live about 200 miles southeast of the Nickel city.

I won't bore everyone with more on me, I want to hear more about you.
