This group is an announcement-only vehicle used by the Executive Committee of the Western United States Pipe Band Association (WUSPBA), to provide time-sensitive Association information quickly to WUSPBA members and other interested parties. These administrative announcements will be of association-wide interest, with exceptions made for some branch administrative items, specifically AGM dates and minutes. Also see WUSPBA.org.

The executive board highly recommends that all WUSPBA members join this group to receive emails in a timely manner regarding WUSPBA activities.

Posting has been restricted to members of the administration of the WUSPBA only, via the Executive Secretary and the Webmaster. Please contact the Executive Secretary of WUSPBA—visit the Administration page at WUSPBA.org for contact information—if you feel you have association business that is time-sensitive and should be disseminated via this group. This group is not for advertisements of games, piping and drumming schools, etc.—however, announcing the availability of competition entry forms will be encouraged.

It is HIGHLY recommended that for this group you set your preferences to e-mail you as individual posts are made. If you do not wish to have instant notification (which is the whole point of this group) the news items posted to WUSPBA.org home page should suffice.
