A second meeting of the Southern Branch will be held on the Saturday evening
(May 24) at
Costa Mesa (United Scottish Society Highland Gathering) following the massed
bands. The
topics of discussion are tentatively:
1) The Southern Branch By-Laws situation; and
2) Pending educational funds from the WUSPBA to the branches.
