On behalf of the WUSPBA Executive Committee and the Music Board, we welcome the
newly formed North American Pipe Band to the WUSPBA family as a competitive
Grade I
band. It is exciting for all of us to have another Grade I band in the
association.

We congratulate Stephen Megarity, Pipe Major; Hugh Elder, Pipe Sergeant; and
Carl Lenny,
Drum Sergeant in the formulation of their organization and wish them the best of
luck for
the future.
