Sorry, when I sent the Special Meeting notice to our webby, I incorrectly wrote
that it goes
from November 9 to 12.
It starts on November 10, not 9.
Friday night Nov. 10 at 7:00 is the games sponsor meeting.
Saturday morning Nov. 11 is the special meeting/AGM.
Saturday afternoon through Sunday morning are the workshops.
