The WUSPBA Southern Branch is offering educational scholarships to WUSPBA
members for
schools held in Southern California. There are no age or branch restrictions.
Four $100.00
scolarships for drummers, and two $100.00 scholarships for pipers at the Ian
Whitelaw
"Week in Paradise" Piping & Drumming School. Also four $100.00 piping
scholarships are
also being offered for the College of Piping School this summer.

Applicants must send in a 500 word or less background essay asking for the
scholarship
to the Southern Branch Secretary, Coni Canino, then the Southern Branch
Executive
Committee will review all of them and make a decision.
