I would suggest using the YamahaSteinberg FW driver and forgetting mLAN. Makes things more complex than they need to be. Time does not allow me to Follow up on

Daisy-chaining 2 n-12 mixers with latest firmware update and Cubase
Can I daisy-chain 2 n-12 mixers with latest firmware update and Cubase 5 or this is possible only with old mLAN drivers and firmware?

Re: Compatibility : N12 & FL Studio?
It is a digital mixer and does all you have just listed except it is not a full control surface. The sliders and eq do not send midi and are not motorised.
