Welcome to the May 2003 edition of the Yosi Newsletter!
So many of you have been asking about the upcoming summer concerts.
Well, we have a partial list at the end of this e-mail newsletter. But,
first (as always)...
THE LEVIN FAMILY!!
Yosi & The Levin Gang, (all 6 of us) made a 1200 mile journey again
this year to Pensacola Florida. We had a great time staying at Big Nana's
house & hanging with our cousins. The temp was at about 80 degrees all week, &
the kids had a blast swimming in Nana's pool, & at Pensacola Beach. The pool
was a bit chilly, but that didn't deter a single child from bathing in it
practically all day, every day. Baby Jonathan loved to play in the shallow
beach water. The beach was a bit warmer & there were plenty of hermit crabs
to be found. Matthew found the grand daddy of all hermit crabs. How big was
it? Oh, let's just say it had a VW Bus for a shell. Just kiddin', but it was
pretty gosh-dern big.
Hannah, Matthew & Nikolaus had found a brand new hobby: (when they
weren't in the pool) they were catching salamanders & frogs in Nana's
backyard. Plenty of them too. They were kind enough to set them free, with
"some" parental advisory.
Mid-vacation the Levins took a side trip to the <A
HREF="http://www.auduboninstitute.org/fhome.htm">Audubon Nature
Institute</A> in New Orleans. We enjoyed the Zoo & aquarium. Later we walked
through the French quarter, & Mama & Papa Levin enjoyed beignets & coffee.
Yum!
On Sat., just before we left for Joisy, Yosi gave a free kids concert at a
Pensacola dance & fitness school. It was great fun!
Thanks for the southern hospitality, family & friends. We hope to be
back again next year.
