THE LEVIN BUNCH



Sorry. We KNOW we are over two weeks late with the newsletter...but it's
been crazy busy. I'm sure it has been for you too. But we've got all kinds
of exciting news!

Let's get to it:

First, we started off this summer with Hanna's 6th Grade Graduation! We
just can't believe that our little girl has completed elementary school. We
are so very proud. On graduation day we had a pleasant surprise when it was
announced that Hannah had won the best essay of all 6th graders going to her
middle school! Brother's Matthew & Nikolaus, who had done very well this year
is First Grade, attended the ceremony. Both Matt & Nik had excellent grades &
are looking forward to Second Grade. When asked what they see themselves
doing in the future, Matt maintains his dream of being an ice cream truck
driver
simply because he would have access to ice cream at ALL times. Nik wants to
be a bug doctor, thus having access to all bugs at all times. It's good to
have goals.

All the Levin kids are spending much of the summer swimming at the
beach, nana's pool, crabbing, fishing, boating & more! Jonathan is especially
loving swimming, chasing geese, eating beach sand (we wish we were kidding), &
digging for sand crabs.

BAND NAME CONTEST WINNER

We have a winner!
At long last, (it's been a two month contest), we have a winner.
The winner for the NAME YOSI'S BAND CONTEST is 5-year old, Julia C. from
Newark, DE.
There were many great potential band names, but Julia's entry took the
cake...or, in this case, the autographed three-CD package.

Congratulations Julia!

And thanks to all for your wonderful entries. We wish we could have chosen
more than one winner, because there were so many cool names to choose from.

And NOW the name of Yosi's band...


Yosi & The SuperDads


Yes, Yosi & The SuperDads...able to leap over small children in a single
bound, sing in great three & four-part harmonies, dedicated to truth,
justice & the whimsical way!

The debut concerts will be at the end of July at the _Toms RiverFest_
(http://www.trfest.com/schedule_type.asp?showType=Kids) . It'll be a rockin'
family concert with wonderfully fun musicianship, humor for kids as well as
their adults, & some rock & roll surprises!


SUMMER CONCERTS
