Dogwood Update – Release Date Set

The band's new CD, "Dogwood", containing such crowd favorites
as "Mama", "Something About the Dogwoods", and "Inside You", is
finished and currently being pressed. The CD is scheduled for
delivery, to the band, on February 25th, and will be available at
live shows after that date.

If you purchased a CD during our pre-sale, we expect to have it in
the mail sometime between February 26th and March 3rd. It will also
be available for sale, online, at www.zakperry.com and CD Baby
(www.cdbaby.com) sometime between March 7th and March 14th
(depending on processing time at CD Baby).

Sample tracks of each song from "Dogwood" are currently available on
www.zakperry.com.


Dogwood CD Release Parties Set

A series of CD Release Parties has been scheduled to promote the
release of the new CD, "Dogwood". Here are the dates that have been
scheduled so far, with more being added all the time:

New Artist Radio and BarStar

The band has continued its amazing success at New Artist Radio
(www.newartistradio.net), with "I've Been Drunk on Sunday Morning"
spending the past 9-weeks on the Top 40 Chart. Please continue to
vote for "I've Been Drunk on Sunday Morning" at
http://www.newartistradio.net/artist%20list/blues-jazz/index3.html.

This brings the bands total time on the chart to 40-weeks since
April of 2005, which is all but two weeks since "The Falling Down"
debuted on the chart on April 17, 2005. During that time, "The
Falling Down", "Somewhere in the Morning", and "I've Been Drunk on
Sunday Morning" have combined for 3-weeks at #1, 10-weeks in the Top
5, and 15-weeks in the Top 10. Thanks, to everyone, for your
continued support, and your continued votes.

We expect "Mama", from the new "Dogwood" CD, to debut on New Artist
Radio in late February or early March.

The band's run as #1 in Austin seem solid and appears to be picking
up steam. Please continue to vote for us here too (www.barstar.com).


Other Chart Information

"Drinking Money" has had a continued #4 ranking on Southern Bands
Live for several weeks now. These rankings are based on listener
rankings of each song as it is being played. Check out Southern
Bands Live at http://www.live365.com/stations/jswillis.

Last week the band had several "hits" on the MP3TUNES.com "Most
Popular Downloads" charts. All in the Rock-Americana Category –
In "Top Albums" : "Somewhere in the Morning" was at #4 (dropped to
#43 and currently #11) and "Seven Years" was at #64. In "Top
Songs", "Somewhere in the Morning" was at #20.
