The band's new CD, "Dogwood", containing such crowd favorites
as "Mama", "Something About the Dogwoods", and "Inside You", is
FINALLY available at live shows and will be available online at CD
Baby by mid-March.

New Artist Radio and BarStar
The band has continued its amazing success at New Artist Radio
(www.newartistradio.net), with "I've Been Drunk on Sunday Morning"
spending the past 12-weeks (currently #5) on the Top 40 Chart.

This brings the bands total time on the chart to 44-weeks since
April of 2005, which is all but two weeks since "The Falling Down"
debuted on the chart on April 17, 2005. During that time, "The
Falling Down", "Somewhere in the Morning", and "I've Been Drunk on
Sunday Morning" have combined for 3-weeks at #1, 10-weeks in the Top
5, and 15-weeks in the Top 10. Thanks, to everyone, for your
continued support, and your continued votes.
We expect "Mama", from the new "Dogwood" CD, to debut on New Artist
Radio in late February or early March.
The band's run as #1 in Austin seem solid and appears to be picking

"Drinking Money" has had a continued #4 ranking on Southern Bands
Live for several weeks now. These rankings are based on listener
rankings of each song as it is being played. Check out Southern

The band's success at MP3Tunes.com is continuing. Be sure to check
their charts (in the Rock-Americana category) for current listings.
"The Falling Down" has also charted at Rebourne Radio, a Christian
online radio station. A rundown of the song, since it's
introduction on the station during the week of November 27th:

European Distribution
The Zak Perry Band's CD, "Somewhere in the Morning" has been picked
up by European music distributor Laani Music (http://www.laani-
music.com/stage/) in Paris, France. The CD is available for 16-
Euros through the online retailer and is currently the site's "CD of
the Week".
"Dogwood" will be added as soon as we are able to get a copy to them.
