There's a review of the brand-new, highly spectacular production of
Alonso's Murcian masterwork online today. A Spanish translation will
follow.

Otherwise, there are a host of DVD releases for review in the pipeline,
which should be covered by about one week's time. These include three
excellent new releases from the Teatro Real ("El duo de La africaine",
"La Dolores" and an anthology entitled "Madrilena bonita") which feature
- wonder of wonders - high-quality English subtitles!
