I point out once again (and ask the Moderator, also an Italian, for his
contribution), that new rules for copyright enforcement, reflecting EU
directions, are in force in Italy since the end of April. Such rules allow
the Police to monitor and trace private e-mail of anybody suspected of
infringing copyright laws, let alone acting undercover inside newsgroups,
mailing lists, forums, etc.
Therefore, I strongly recommend the strictest behaviour in order that our
group is not exposed to any problem with the Law.
