hey all,
just wanted to drop a line and say that it is very cool being a musician and having friends who are musicians. Butch Ramsey (who can be seen on the Conklin site and via myspace) was in town and is having us do some work on the pickups in his Conklin 10 string. in and of itself that's cool as I have missed my Conklin 10 and will dig seeing another, but he had to drop the bass with a friend as he was only in Southern California for the day, yesterday. the friend? Andrew Gouche! and where am I picking up the bass? at the sound check for Chaka Khan! life is good!
     more news soon...

from the depths of groove and gratitude,

                                                          Stew
